Dear ……..

Tonight I am filled with gratitude to the Lord. Last evening driving home from Okotoks to Calgary a buck with large antlers struck us on the drivers side. It could have been disastrous. We are unhurt, the drivers side and front left is quite the mess but repairable.

We drove home safely . At 11:30 pm the doorbell rang – 2 police officers were there . Someone had seen the accident, noted our license plate and called the police. They just wanted to know if we were OK.

Today our insurance company took charge. By 11:30 this morning – vehicle was at body shop & rental vehicle in our garage.

We are so grateful to God for His provision in the storm. Overwhelmed with His Presence, Protection & Peace in what could have been a disaster.
